PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A woman was found shot to death inside a car in Northwest Portland early Saturday night, police said.
The woman was already dead by the time officers got to the scene between NW 22nd and 23rd on Kearney Street shortly after 5 p.m. Homicide detectives were called to the scene.
An active investigation is ongoing. No arrests have yet been made, authorities said…
