RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The Truckee Regional Planning Governing Board has voted against an appeal on the Stonegate Development Project in Cold Springs.
5,000 homes were originally planned for the area, but in August, the developers came to an agreement to replace that plan with 1,300 apartments and dedicate roughly 15% of the site to data centers and industrial space.
The Planning Commission raised an appeal that the re-zoning was not within the original master plan, but that was rejected by the Governing Board on Thursday…
