NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WXIX/Gray News) – A 29-year-old man is accused of raping a disabled woman at a nursing home, according to court records.
Remeri Jeter is charged with rape, gross sexual imposition, unlawful restraint and burglary.
Jeter was seen on surveillance video trying to get into a locked nursing home while trespassing on Friday, according to an affidavit.
Jeter allegedly pulled the victim “behind a building by her wrist and held her down on the ground against her will, forcing sexual conduct without consent,” according to court documents…
