The LECOM School of Dental Medicine was brightening smiles Saturday afternoon.
Kids between the ages of 2 and 17 were invited by the school to stop in and receive free dental care at the Super Smile Saturday event.
The clinic was entirely volunteer-run by students who attend the school. They provided evaluations, fluoride treatment and sealants.

Connor Boinski, student at LECOM School of Dental Medicine, said, “Dental disease, dental caries, is the number one chronic disease affecting both children and adults. Specifically, this event is for children, so we reached out to areas in which the community would really benefit from having their kids being seen here.”…
