‘I will kill you’: Harrisburg man charged after firing shots, threatening to kill victim

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A Harrisburg man is facing felony charges after shooting at a man and threatening to kill him, according to charging documents from Harrisburg Police.

Elgin Britton, 52, is facing the following charges after a shooting reported late Wednesday night:

  • Aggravated assault
  • Terroristic threats
  • Simple assault
  • Possession of instrument of a crime
  • Drug possession with intent to deliver

According to charging documents, officers were called to the 1400 block of Regina Street on reports of a shooting.
