Two Men Charged in Alleged Organized Retail Theft at Wilmington Target

WILMINGTON, DE — Delaware State Police have arrested one man and obtained an arrest warrant for another in connection with an alleged organized retail theft at a Target store in Wilmington last month.

According to investigators, on October 2, 2025, detectives were alerted to a high-value theft that occurred on September 28 at the Target located at 1050 Brandywine Parkway. Police said the investigation determined that around 9:00 a.m., a man loaded a shopping cart with more than $900 worth of clothing and electronics, then exited the store without paying. The suspect allegedly met an accomplice waiting outside, and the two loaded the stolen merchandise into a vehicle before leaving the scene.

Authorities said the same man returned to the store minutes later, filled another cart with over $900 in merchandise, and was confronted by Target Asset Protection. He then abandoned the cart and fled with the accomplice…
