England City Councilwoman Quendy Gibbins Medlin officially launched her candidacy for the Arkansas House of Representatives, District 60 as an Independent candidate.
Medlin made her announcement Friday (Oct. 10) in front of family and friends gathered around the gazebo in Bill Foster Memorial Park in downtown England.
Medlin said she is dedicated to bringing a new voice to the people of District 60, the seat currently held by State Rep. Roger Lynch, R-Lonoke. House District 60 encompasses parts of Lonoke, Prairie, and Pulaski counties…
