SALEM, Ore. – In the 74th minute of tonight’s contest, senior midfielder Santiago Castano found the back of the netting on a free kick to turn an impending solo-goal loss into a 1-1 draw against The Evergreen State College, which eventually ended in the Warriors’ second tie of Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) action after the offenses stalled for the remaining 17 minutes of play.
“It’s nice to see our group continue to fight,” explained Corban head coach Tim Kagey. “We are excited to continue getting better as the season progresses.”
