Gwinnett County Police are asking for the public’s help following a fatal hit-and-run on Athens Highway. The incident occurred on Monday last week between Cooper Road and Rosebud Road around 10:50 p.m., leaving a pedestrian dead at the scene, according to police. The driver involved in the initial collision has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash, as per the Gwinnett County release.
