Two Men Arrested in Bradford County Drug Bust, Facing Multiple Charges

The bust took place on a home off US Highway 301, just north of the town at the county line, leading to the discovery of a significant amount of illegal substances and firearms.

During the search, Robert Martin Benjamin Gallion and Joshua Ethan Wilkerson were both taken into custody after the discovery of multiple illegal substances and weapons.

  • Two counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell
  • Two counts of sale of methamphetamine
  • One count of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription
  • One count of possession of opium or derivative with intent to sell
  • One count of sale of opium or derivative
  • One count of possession of drug equipment
  • Three counts of use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony
  • One count of keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity

Authorities noted that Gallion’s extensive list of charges reflects the severity of the drug operation, with multiple counts related to both the distribution and possession of illegal substances.

Charges Against Joshua Wilkerson

Joshua Wilkerson also faces several charges, including:

  • One count of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription
  • One count of methamphetamine trafficking (14 grams or more)
  • One count of possession of drug equipment
  • One count of possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon

Wilkerson’s history as a convicted felon further complicates his case, especially concerning the possession of a firearm or ammunition.
