Macy’s in SF’s Union Square reopens day after store was evacuated due to report of explosive device

Macy’s in San Francisco’s Union Square was evacuated on Saturday due to a report of an explosive device, the company confirmed.

San Francisco police said it responded to the incident just after 4:30 p.m. to a business on the 100 block of O’Farrell Street, evacuating the store.

Police said officers and SFPD K-9s searched the business, and did not find any devices…
