SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Savannah Police have arrested an 18-year-old in connection to a September shooting on Darling Street.
According to police, Messiah Holmes was taken into custody on October 9th with help from the U.S. Marshals Service. Holmes faces multiple charges, including armed robbery, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession of marijuana.
The charges stem from a Sept. 27 incident in the 20 block of Darling Street. Officers responded to a report of gunfire in the area and later located the victim at Memorial Health University Medical Center. The adult male had sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the foot…
