LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Police Department identified the victim involved in the shooting that took place at 113th Street and Athens Avenue on Saturday afternoon.
According to a release, 32-year-old Justin Collins was found at the scene with a gunshot wound. He was transported to UMC with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. Based off findings from the initial investigation, Collins is believed to have been shot at a house in the 11200 block of Athens Avenue.
