New Lubbock food truck preps for grand opening

LUBBOCK, Texas — A new locally owned food truck is making its Lubbock debut soon. BYOB Burgers is planning its grand opening for October 24. It will be set up outside Quarter Four from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. or when they sell out, whichever comes first.

Blake Dunn, owner of BYOB, spoke about what the opening means to him. “Opening this truck has been the most incredible and rewarding journey that has helped me grow into a better chef and man everyday,” he said. Dunn finished by expressing his excitement to be a part of the Lubbock community. “I cannot wait to serve Lubbock some of the best burgers they’ve ever had!”
