SALUDA– On October 28, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., the Saluda Center will host a second community meal this month, featuring chili cooked by the talented chefs from the Church of the Transfiguration. This event, part of the Saluda Community Table initiative, promises a cozy atmosphere and a chance to gather with neighbors and friends.
Guests can enjoy bowls of chili with a variety of toppings, tossed salad, and classic cornbread. As always, the meals are served free of charge, although donations are gladly accepted to support future gatherings. A dessert buffet will sweeten the evening, and attendees can enjoy live music from the Ol’ Time Band, bringing foot-stomping tunes to the celebration.
The Saluda Community Table warmly invites everyone to join, whether you come with family, friends, or on your own. The welcome mat is always out, aiming to brighten your evening and foster community connections…
