Clarksville man killed in two-vehicle crash at Kentucky intersection

CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. (WKRN) — Authorities are investigating a deadly crash that took place over the weekend in Christian County.

According to Kentucky State Police, officers were alerted about a crash at the intersection of KY-117 and US-41 in Oak Grove shortly before 3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 12.

Officials said a preliminary investigation indicates that a 53-year-old man from Hopkinsville was traveling in a pickup truck and disregarded a “traffic control device,” which led him to hit another vehicle.

The passenger in the other vehicle—identified as 55-year-old Tony Kilsby of Clarksville—was reportedly flown to a nearby hospital after the crash, but later died from his injuries…
