16-Year-Old Fatally Shot, 14-Year-Old Wounded at Cleveland’s Garden Valley Apartments

A 16-year-old boy has succumbed to injuries sustained in a shooting that also wounded a 14-year-old at the Rainbow Terrace Apartments in Cleveland’s Garden Valley neighborhood.
