KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A couple of newly weds recently opened Knoxville’s newest bar that’s going viral for its plant inspired drinks and its cozy atmosphere.
Jade and Dylan Pacifico opened Mother Bar and Gift Shop on Emory Place fully on Oct. 4. The gift shop space opened in March. They say the idea was created at their other business, Oglewood Avenue Plant Shop.
“The bar has been kind of a dream for a long time for us, but the origin story for the bar is Oglewood Avenue,” Jade explained. “It was a place where people wanted to hang out a little bit longer and wanted to be among plants and like kind of the therapy that plants provided.”…
