SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Weather conditions forecast for the Sacramento region will ramp up in intensity and impacts Monday to early Wednesday as a cold winter storm rolls in.
The term “winter storm” is used since these types of storms are more common in the winter months with the combination of rain, wind and snow, but they can occur outside of winter and should be treated with respect to impacts that will be felt.
This is a true storm that will bring rain, wind and snow for a few days before clearing.
