Irondequoit coffee shop thanks community for support after break-in

IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. — Sips Coffee and Cafe in Irondequoit is thanking the community for its support after a break-in overnight on Saturday.

The coffee shop was closed on Sunday to “put things back together, replace what was taken, and fix what was broken,” according to a Facebook post from the business. However, the business has reopened on Monday. The most recent post says:

“The overwhelming support from the community – kind uplifting messages, offers to help – blew us away! We are SO grateful & humbled by such a supportive response, and guys.”
