Deputies pulled over a driver early Saturday in Palmyra and say they quickly spotted signs of possible impairment.
Joshua Kesel, 45, from Honeoye Falls, was stopped on Jeffery Road around 1:55 a.m., according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. During the stop, deputies said Kesel showed indicators of impairment and was given field sobriety tests.
He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the third degree, and failure to keep right. A breath test showed a blood alcohol content of 0.14%, according to the report.
Kesel was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and released. He’s scheduled to appear in Palmyra Town Court at a later date…
