Noble Crust owners Jeff Strouse, Tj Theilbar, Tim Curci, and Chris Sweeney, in collaboration with Anthony Menna of Menna Development & Management, brought Noble Tavern (1650 Central Ave) to life. This might be one of the best new restaurants St. Pete has to offer.
Tj Theilbar, co-owner, emphasized that the goal is to create an everyday destination with a value-driven menu that fuses creativity and approachability back in the summer of 2024.
