VILLAGE OF LIVERPOOL – On Oct. 7, when New York State Attorney General Letitia James announced the indictment of 17 people for participating in a major drug trafficking network in Onondaga, Oneida, Madison, Cortland, and Tompkins counties, the name of a 36-year-old Liverpool man was among them. The 17 suspects are accused of distributing fentanyl, heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine. An investigation led by the Attorney General’s Organized Crime Task Force seized more than 23 pounds of fentanyl nearly four pounds of cocaine and more than 12 pounds of methamphetamine. Listed among the suspects is Zachary M. Thornhill, 36 years old, of Liverpool. A man and a woman from Bridgeport were also arrested; they are Autumn R. Schneider, 28, Joshua J.
