FBI officials in Mississippi said they are looking for four people linked to Saturday’s mass shooting in Leland that left six dead and at least a dozen others injured — one of the several homecoming celebrations across the state that ended in bloodshed this weekend.
The agency’s Jackson Field Office said late Sunday that the suspects, described as three males and one female, fired several bullets into the crowd on Main Street in downtown Leland following a “disagreement among several individuals.”
