CONWAY, Ark. – Officials with the Conway Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a double-fatality crash in the city.
Officials said that 20-year-old Kevin Black Jr. is wanted in connection with the Oct. 15, 2023, crash. Police records show Black was driving a Nissan Altima at 5 a.m. when it ran off the road and into a culvert, vaulting a driveway and then rolling over.
Multi-vehicle crash in North Little Rock leaves one juvenile dead, several injured
A man and a woman in the car with Black were killed in the crash. Evidence indicated that Black was intoxicated when the crash took place, authorities said.
Officials said Black is facing two charges of felony negligent homicide. He was given an opportunity to turn himself in, they said, but did not do so.
