Former City Councilor Marshall Selberg will be the fifth person officially in the race to become the mayor of Sioux Falls.
Selberg, a real estate professional who left the council last year after serving the maximum two terms, is holding a kick-off ceremony on Wednesday at the Military Heritage Alliance.
