‘Cherished local tradition’: Landmark Lehigh Valley ice cream shop up for sale

NAZARETH, Pa. – A beloved business that has been serving up sweet treats for nearly 40 years is ready for its next chapter of ownership in Northampton County.

Emily’s Ice Cream, a popular ice cream shop at 100 S. Main St. in Nazareth, recently went on the market with a listing price of $224,000, according to an announcement from associate broker Jody Karam of Morganelli Properties.

The sale includes the business and all of its contents, as well as a three-year-lease.
