OTSEGO, Mich. — An Otsego man has pleaded guilty to starting the fire that burned part of a local playground in September.
Michael Kilbourn, 37, pleaded guilty to third-degree arson on Monday. In exchange, a judge agreed to drop his other charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and habitual offender fourth offense.
He faces up to 10 years in prison upon sentencing.
