Trevis K. Bufford of Atlanta is accused of being part of a smash and grab burglary on Dec. 3, 2024, at 2:18 a.m. at the Citgo gas station at 540 Concord Road SE in Smyrna, according to an arrest warrant from the Smyrna Police Department.
Bufford, along with one already charged co-defendant and two other unidentified individuals, approached the rear of the Citgo when the business was closed.
The crew used a concrete saw to cut a hold in a side door. Two members of the crew entered and attempted to break open an ATM machine by striking it with a mallet and cutting into it with a concrete saw. When the crew couldn’t access the ATM’s cash, they stole over $10,000 worth of cigarettes, cigars and tobacco from the rear storage room of the business, according to the warrant…
