VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Some people living in Virginia Beach’s Ocean Park neighborhood said the recent storm made a mess during an ongoing city wetlands restoration project.
Now, they’re concerned about possible pollution after multiple residents said barrels and portable restrooms were pushed around in the high water from this weekend’s nor’easter.
