TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo Police cruiser was rear-ended by a suspected drunk driver just after midnight Monday, injuring the officer inside.
According to police, the officer was stopped at a red light on Jackman at the intersection with Sylvania, when she was hit from behind by a Chevy Tahoe driven by John Pryor, 47.
The incident report states there was an open bottle of vodka in the vehicle at the time, as well as what was believed to be cocaine.
Pryor was arrested and charged with OVI, driving with a suspended license, fake plates, failure to keep a safe distance and a felony narcotics charge…
