ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The Ferguson Police Department has released surveillance video, they said, that shows a father instructing his daughter to hit a student on a school bus.
The attack happened on Thursday on a Ferguson-Florissant School District bus near Frost Avenue. Court documents state that Maurice Fox pushed his way onto the bus with his 6-year-old daughter and then told her to punch a 7-year-old girl in the head repeatedly.
When Fox’s daughter stopped the attack, police said he told her “again,” and she went back to punching the girl in the head…
