SAN ANTONIO – The man who was shot several times by a San Antonio Police officer is scheduled to appear Monday before a judge to answer for a probation violation that could send him to prison for up to seven years if he is convicted.
The latest arrest comes in connection with a 2024 felony evading case, prompting the state to file a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Stephanie R. Boyd issued a warrant for Erik Cantu’s arrest following the filing.
