Chanc Glaze 19-year-old of Forrest City was taken into custody in Streetsboro, Ohio last week and was extradited back to Arkansas on Friday. Glaze was wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred back on May 19, 2025, on county road 245 in Caldwell. The Sheriff Department received a 911 call in reference to an individual who had been shot in the face while sitting in his vehicle. The victim was transported to FC Medical Center and then air lifted to Regional One in Memphis. Investigator arrived on the scene and interviewed several witnesses who reported seeing a gray GMC Arcadia leaving the scene right after the shooting.
