Someone is planning to open a large new outdoor music venue at 155 Thompson St., according to city construction permits. As I wrote last week, the former location of Cursus craft brewery, which was washed away by Helene floodwaters, is the proposed location for the “adaptive reuse of outdoor space” for a future outdoor music venue. That end of Thompson Street dead ends into the a bend of the Swannanoa River…
