COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Columbia-Richland firefighters quickly extinguished a fire at an apartment on S. Edisto Avenue on Tuesday morning.
Crews from the 1st Shift arrived around 11 a.m. to find smoke coming from a front bedroom. Firefighters made entry and brought the fire under control.
The apartment’s residents were home at the time and escaped safely. No injuries were reported, but at least one person has been displaced…
