A Florida woman was arrested after being accused by authorities of murdering her husband with a billy club.

Bonnie Tietgens, 60, was arrested on second-degree murder and tampering with evidence charges in connection with the death of 64-year-old William Tietgens.

According to the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office, deputies went to a home in the 5200 block of Birch Drive around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 8, to investigate a report of a possible deceased person.
