Demonstrators all across the country will be out on the streets for “No Kings Day” this Saturday. There are over 2,500 community events scheduled, including some in Hillsborough and Pinellas County.
Eric Gerard is the co-coordinator for the Indivisible protest in Largo. He said No Kings Day is a protest to show that the power belongs to the people and will not tolerate a King.
“In America, we don’t tolerate wanna be kings. We are protesting and gathering in protest of the current president’s attempts to impose his will on the American people in violence in so many tenants of the Constitution,” Gerard said…
