BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was arrested on suspicion of shooting and killing another man on Edison Highway in August.
Samuel Ryan Magdaleno, 37, was arrested in the 1500 block of Pearl Street on Friday at around 6:45 p.m., according to booking records.

On Aug. 15, Adrian Anthony Montiel, 38, of Bakersfield was shot in the 2900 block of Edison Highway, according to the Kern County Coroner’s Office. Montiel was taken to Kern Medical and was pronounced dead Aug. 16.
No one else was arrested and there are no outstanding suspects, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office…
