VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Many areas across Hampton Roads have reported extensive tidal flooding from this weekend’s storm, including the Lynnhaven area of Virginia Beach.
Some residents told 10 On Your Side that the flooding from this weekend is the highest they’ve ever seen flood waters get in their neighborhood.
