(KRON) — A woman was kidnapped in San Rafael by three men before she escaped and was rescued by police, law enforcement authorities said.
Around 9:45 p.m. on October 11, a woman called 911 reporting that she had been kidnapped and was being driven to an unknown location, police said.
“Dispatchers used GPS information and determined the victim was on Robert Dollar Drive in San Rafael. The victim reported that the three suspects in the vehicle were doing drugs and that one of them possessed a knife,” the San Rafael Police Department wrote…
