(ABC 6 News) – The Charles City Police Department is asking the public for help in finding missing 14-year-old Alexis Kostka.
Kostka was reported missing from Cedar Rapids, and was last seen on October 5th. Her last known location was the Urbandale/Des Moines area, and she may have ties to Charles City, according to the police department.
On Facebook, the Charles City Police Department shared a post saying Alexis had escaped from a mental health facility in Cedar Rapids, and does not have her medication with her.
