Around 6 p.m. Monday, officers with the Flora Police Department served a felony warrant on James Fred Jacks III for burglary of a dwelling on behalf of the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department, authorities said.
Chief Richard “Taco” Johnson thanked partnering agencies and praised his officers’ work, saying,
