Police searching for man who allegedly punched someone at Central Austin In-N-Out

AUSTIN, Texas — Police are asking for help identifying a man who allegedly assaulted someone at a Central Austin In-N-Out restaurant last month.

The assault occurred at 1:45 a.m. Sept. 27 at the restaurant at 2700 Guadalupe St., the Austin Police Department said. The suspect punched the victim, causing injuries, in what is believed to have been an unprovoked attack.

The suspect is described as an Asian male, 18 to 24 years old, 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 140 to 150 pounds with short black hair…
