Wilmington Duo Apprehended on Drug-Related Charges Following Coordinated Law Enforcement Operation

Two suspects, identified as Roland Coleman, 44, and Carissa Collins, 43, were arrested in Wilmington on drug-related charges, stemming from an investigation led by local authorities. The apprehensions took place last Thursday at around 10:15 a.m. in the vicinity of North Harrison Street, where officials from the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division, the Crime Gun Intelligence Center, and the Safe Streets Task Force collaborated to execute a search warrant, as reported by the Wilmington Police Department.

According to details disclosed by the Wilmington Police Department, the operation resulted in the confiscation of roughly 6.67 grams of crack cocaine along with assorted drug paraphernalia, the arrest operation concluded without any reported incidents, and both suspects were taken into custody peacefully. The charges against Coleman include possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance in tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy of the second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and following his arraignment at Justice of the Peace Court 20, he secured his release by posting a $9,500 bail…
