MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – A 41-year-old man in Wisconsin is accused of violating bail after police say he was walking on a street while drinking alcohol, and reportedly shouting racial slurs.
According to the Madison Police Department, officers responded to a disturbance call on Monday around 10:30 p.m. for reports that a man walking on Buick Street was screaming racial slurs.

The man, 41-year-old Ryan Spence, was contacted by officers on the street. Spence reportedly has it on bail conditions that he was not allowed to be on Buick Street or consume alcohol.
