EL PASO, Texas—The El Paso Police Department has arrested a man in connection with hidden cameras discovered inside a business restroom.
Christopher Sotelo, 32, has been charged with five counts of Invasive Visual Recording following an investigation conducted by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit.
