LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — This weekend, Little Rock will host Pilgrimage for Peace, honoring those who have lost their lives to violence in Central Arkansas. Organized by Pax Christi Little Rock, the event aims to promote nonviolence, peace, and social justice.
Mary Hunt and Jan Pipkin of Pax Christi explained that the pilgrimage will begin at the Heifer Building on One World Ave., where participants will gather before walking peacefully through the River Market area to the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum grounds.
