I was 50 feet from the one at 5:30 CST. Totally missed the record button or I would have had it all on video. Got 1 second with victim with thigh wrapped. About 25 plains clothes cops swarmed situation quickly. Kind of a surreal moment. Hat another shooting at LSU Library about 830 pm.
