GILLETTE, Wyo. — A Colorado man wanted on felony charges is believed to be in Campbell County, according to court documents filed this week.
Nicolas Thurston Richard, 22, is accused of motor vehicle theft and attempted burglary in Weld County, Colorado. A warrant for his arrest was issued Aug. 7. Colorado authorities have confirmed they plan to extradite him if he’s found in Wyoming.
A deputy with the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office filed an affidavit Oct. 6 asking a local judge to issue a fugitive warrant so Richard can be taken into custody and returned to Colorado…
